Industries we serve

Every industry gets sued, injured, and audited in its own way. Pick yours to see the coverages most businesses like it carry.
Contractors & trades
Job sites move fast. Your coverage should keep up.
Certificates for the GC, coverage for the crew, and tools insured wherever the truck is parked.

Why Tim
A risk advisor who has run operations himself.
Before insurance, Tim led production teams in FDA-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing, where the job is to plan for what can go wrong before it does. He brings that same discipline to your coverage: map the operation, find the exposures, then build a program that fits.
As an independent advisor, Tim works for you, not for one insurance company. If your current carrier is no longer the best fit, he'll tell you, and show you why.

How much does commercial insurance cost?
It depends on your industry, payroll, revenue, claims history, vehicles, and the limits you need. A one-person consulting firm and a 40-person roofing contractor are priced in very different worlds. The fastest way to a real number is a 15-minute call and your current declarations page.
Is workers' comp required in Arizona?
Arizona generally requires employers with one or more employees to carry workers' compensation, with some exceptions. Sole proprietors with no employees are usually exempt, but your contracts may still require proof of coverage. We'll confirm what applies to your business on the call.
Do you only work with one insurance company?
No. Tim is an independent advisor, so your business is quoted with multiple carriers that write your industry. You see the options side by side.
A client needs a certificate of insurance. Can you help?
Yes. Once your policies are placed with us, certificates and additional-insured endorsements are part of the service. If you need coverage in place before a job starts, tell us the start date on the first call.
What should I have ready for the call?
Your current declarations pages (if insured), annual revenue, payroll estimate, number of employees, a vehicle list if you have business autos, and any contract that specifies insurance requirements.
Will a review change my current coverage?
No. A review costs nothing and changes nothing unless you decide to move. Many clients simply learn where their gaps are.
